They do not include normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, accident, or modification by a third party. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr>\n<h2> <\/h2>\n<h2>Returns and refunds \u2014 terms and conditions<\/h2>\n<p>Our return policy is valid for <strong>30 days<\/strong> from the date of delivery or taking possession. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. <\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for a return (when permitted):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>the item must be <strong>unused<\/strong> and in its original condition;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>original packaging<\/strong> where applicable;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>proof of purchase<\/strong> required (invoice, confirmation email).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Services<\/strong> (labor) already performed are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Customized items<\/strong> (e.g., custom-made covers) are non-refundable once work has begun, but remain covered by the above <strong>6-month warranty<\/strong> for correction\/repair.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Earplugs<\/strong> are <strong>final sale<\/strong> (no returns, exchanges, or refunds for hygiene reasons).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Sale items<\/strong> are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Examples of <strong>non-returnable<\/strong> items: gift cards, digital downloads, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2> <\/h2>\n<h2>Special cases \u2014 adjustments and exchanges<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Comfort guarantee (30 days)<\/strong>: if you are not satisfied with the fit, please email us at <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@premiumseat.ca\">info@premiumseat.ca<\/a><\/strong>. We will offer you a <strong>free adjustment<\/strong> or <strong>correction<\/strong>.\nMonetary reimbursement is not preferred when technical adjustment allows the desired level of comfort to be achieved. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Customized cover (6 months)<\/strong>: in the event of a manufacturing defect, we will prioritize <strong>repair<\/strong> or <strong>replacement<\/strong>.
